Be Yourself!

Being yourself is the most natural and positive thing in life. Expressing your natural essence, gifts and talents, your unique point of view, style, and creativity is the gift to the world and humanity. Imagine a world where Walt Disney was a tax accountant, Oprah Winfrey a civil engineer, and Albert Einstein a taxi driver. The world would have been very different, wouldn’t it?"

"Highly creative individuals as El Greco, Hemingway, and Einstein knew full well that their work and thought were markedly idiosyncratic. Yet rather than misguidedly accepting the prevailing standards and hiding their true feelings behind a socially acceptable facade, they trusted their inner experience and persisted in the difficult but essential task of being truly and deeply themselves. Nor is this true only of artists or geniuses, for each of us is capable of living in accordance with our inner values and expressing ourselves in unique and satisfying ways." (unknown source)

Attend to your Center

Do not seek to be the center of attention, seek to attend to your center. In geometry, the center is a point. A point is not an area and has no dimension; therefore, a point exists in zero dimension. Zero is a paradoxical number which represents nothing and infinity at the same time. It contains infinite potential, so zero is the most powerful number. From that point of center, energy spreads out in equal distance, forming a circle that expands bigger and bigger. The center is our most powerfully focused place that holds our untapped potential. Each person's center is directly connected to the center of the Universe. This is why we need to be centered at all times.

Evolutionary Mindset

| Humanity is now going through a radical evolutionary process. We are becoming what the visionaries call a "Universal Human" in which we are connected at a heart level and co-create our new world. Each and every one of us is called to express and use our divine gifts and talents or "genius" to partake in this grand process. Only when we are engaging in our life purpose or our true calling will we feel truly fulfilled and successful. Life becomes meaningful and joyful when we embrace an Evolutionary Mindset.
In his book "New Earth", Eckhart Tolle says "an evolutionary transformation of cosmic magnitude; the awakening of consciousness out of the dream of identification with form, the dream of separation. ...great adventure of collective awakening." |

Know Thyself: The Path to Success

Finding your true nature, desire, and path is the foundation to your happiness and success. No one else can define what happiness and success is for you—you must do this task alone for you are the only one who knows it in your deepest core. You were born to express your own gifts and talents that are uniquely yours. No other person in the world is like you. Your genetic makeup, family, past history, personality, strengths and even your wounds are here to make up who you are.

When we are not in alignment with our true self, we lack purpose, meaning, and feel an underlying sense of disconnection or emptiness which often leads to depression. When we don’t know who we really are, we tend to settle for jobs, relationships, cities and lifestyles that don't really suit us. Why? Because we make ineffective choices. Why? Because choices are based on perception and perception of one’s reality is based on how one perceives oneself. In other words, your own understanding of who you are forms your perception of what your reality is.

Before you say "I DO!" Find Out Who "I AM!"

All our life, we were taught to be active and constantly "do" something. What is more important, however, is to be mindful of "Being." When we get our "Being" straight, the "Doing" follows naturally. Finding out our true identity, knowing who "I AM" (self awareness) is the key to successful relationships with our own self and others, particularly those who we are close to. Knowing who "I AM" is, ultimately, the purpose of our life.

When We Get Stuck…

The word “stuck” or “stick” indicates that things are not moving forward. We can’t move forward, because there is a “block” which prevents the natural flow and causes “congestion.” A cure to congestion is “circulation.” Everything in life circulates: air, money, blood, life force, love, etc. When things circulate, it moves in from one direction to another, or moves about freely.

Congestion is a sign of energy force that is vibrating slower than the rest of what is flowing. What are those slower, dense energies? They are negative thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. Many negative thoughts are self-limiting beliefs. What we need to do is transmute those slow-vibrating energies to high-vibrating energies. So first, we need to identify our limiting beliefs and change our self-limiting beliefs to self-“unlimiting” beliefs and then keep our attention on the vision of the limitless state.
